You upload your supporting documents and we can start preparing a compelling application.

Our First Hello
We meet and greet – either in person, on the phone, or using Zoom – and talk through your needs, numbers and big picture, and set a lender game plan.

Submission
We send your application to the banks and lenders in our game plan, working through any questions or further details the lenders may ask for.

Approval
It takes about three weeks, but getting letters of approval is exciting. We’ll confirm approval with you, breaking the information down by email, phone call or in person.

Negotiations
When settlement is near, we negotiate rates and cash contributions with providers, then meet with you again to finalise options and recommendations.

Confirmation
Your loan structure is sent to bank or lender and loan documents are prepared and sent to your lawyer.
